Where do you work with students?
Students may select their meeting location of choice. Suggestions include the student’s home, the Solana Beach public library or a local coffee shop or café with wireless service. For meeting locations of more than ten miles away from Solana Beach, a $25 travel surcharge per session will be added to the total bill.
What is College essay advising?
I leverage a variety of brainstorming tools to help students come up with great essay ideas that will showcase who they are and how they shine. I also help students create an outline for their essay and provide grammar and wording suggestions on essay drafts. I do not write essays for students.
What do you charge?
I have hourly rates for tutoring as well as packages for college essay advising. Contact me to request a price sheet.
What about student confidentiality?
All student information and writing samples will be kept strictly confidential.
